    National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

NCLT are being implemented to shift certain areas from High Court like Mergers, Amalgamations, Winding up of Companies, Reduction of Capital. Subsequently, the Company Law will be dissolved and all functions thereof will be transferred to NCLT.
